TRX suspension training is a great way to build strength, cardiovascular capacity, endurance, burn fat and increase flexibility. It allows you to be supported in difficult positions, as well as increase or decrease your own personal difficulty. This class will use classic suspension training techniques but will also incorporate weights such as kettlebells, dumbells, the steel mace, and bodyweight exercises in a fun action packed circuit.
