AcroYoga is the combination of acrobatics, yoga, and healing arts. This Intro to AcroYoga class will teach basic AcroYoga poses, and Therapeutic Flying Techniques. You will benefit from a weightless, inverted and restorative treatment, helping to relax the body and mind. This practice helps to elongate the spine naturally, free the body of tension, improve mindfulness, and create connections with others. Come learn from the ground up. No experience is needed. Come by yourself or with a friend.
