Our foundation is where the action starts! We gain power, endurance, and ability by creating a stable and strong foundation from the spine to our shoulders. Whether it’s to eliminate pain, improve a yoga practice, or become a better rower or climber, this workshop will take you through the steps to set a healthy foundation to prevent injury and enhance performance.
Step 1: The MELT Method: Foam Roll Release
With Bobbi Reyes, CMT, CPT, Melt Method Practitioner
Relieve pain, tension, and dehydration in the spine and shoulders that can lead to stress and discomfort as well as neck and upper back pain. Learn the signature MELT Method Foam Roll Techniques to release and rehydrate connective tissue and rebalance the nervous system.
Step 2: Stretch, Stabilize, and Strengthen
With Francine Bartlett, DPT, ATC, RYT
Stretch muscles of the upper spine, neck, shoulders, and arms to create mobility and flexibility. Learn exercises to stabilize and strengthen to secure injury free activity and enhance performance. Leave with a Home Exercise Program to maintain relief and continue to build a solid foundation.
TRX Essentials, Level 1-2
TRX total body conditioning, Level 1-2: Build full body strength, mobility, cardio and endurance in a conditioning format workout that incorporates the TRX suspension training system. Suspension training is excellent for assisting in challenging movements, and the difficulty is controlled by each individual.

Shoulder & Spine Rehab, Level 1-2
This class will emphasize rotator cuff and scapular stabilization exercises which can decrease symptoms associated with impingement, instability, biceps tendonitis, as well as postural imbalances. Our shoulder and spine rehab classes are ideal for those recovering from a shoulder, spine or other upper body injuries or for those looking to prevent injury and improve posture, function and stability.

Restorative Yoga-Touch, All Levels
Restorative Yoga-Touch incorporates holding longer passive yoga poses on the floor supported by props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks to stretch, reduce physical tension and mental stress while restoring breath and clarity of intentions. Therapeutic-grade essential oils are diffused into the air and applied topically to ease emotions and promote a healthy body while crystal sound bowls play to create an energetic flow in the room for further release.

Iron & Steel Strength Training, Level 2-3
Iron & Steel Strength Training will utilize Unconventional Training Techniques. It is functional strength and conditioning using unique tools such as Kettlebells, Steel Maces, Battleropes, Bodyweight, and Suspension ropes.
This class is sure to get your working hard but also has a dynamic mobility warm up and stretching and foam rolling at the end. Specializing in human mechanics of Hinge, Squat, Push, Pull, Rotation, and Anti-rotation.

Medicine Wheel Yoga Flow, All Levels
Take your yoga practice around the Medicine Wheel during this healing practice honoring the four directions, seasons, stages of life, and spirit animals to gain guidance, endurance, growth, and change for a happier and healthier life.
Prior yoga experience preferred however all are welcome to experience this unique yoga practice that will include focus on flow, breath, and alignment, utilizing an open mind to gain health and healing.
