Adam Dowell, CPT

 
Adam Dowell, 30, is a born and raised Jackson Hole native. Specializing in versatility, Adam is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine, Iron-Core Fit Kettlebell instruction, Z-health essentials, Onnit Academy Foundations, and Onnit Academy Steel Mace Specialist. With a mountain lifestyle background, Adam found his passion in Snowboarding and has been a professional for 15 years. Combining his knowledge of mountain based sports with his personal training, he loves teaching others how to bridge the gap between gym time, and play. A huge proponent of supplementation, Adam utilizes the Biophotonic Scanner to inform individuals about antioxidant levels in the body and how people can protect themselves from free radical damage with proper supplementation.

Adam Dowell, CPT instructs the following:
  • Iron & Steel Strength Training, Level 2-3
  • Iron & Steel Strength Training will utilize Unconventional Training Techniques. It is functional strength and conditioning using unique tools such as Kettlebells, Steel Maces, Battleropes, Bodyweight, and Suspension ropes.
     
    This class is sure to get your working hard but also has a dynamic mobility warm up and stretching and foam rolling at the end. Specializing in human mechanics of Hinge, Squat, Push, Pull, Rotation, and Anti-rotation.
     
    Level 2-3

  • TRX Fusion Circuit, Level 1-2
  • TRX suspension training is a great way to build strength, cardiovascular capacity, endurance, burn fat and increase flexibility. It allows you to be supported in difficult positions, as well as increase or decrease your own personal difficulty. This class will use classic suspension training techniques but will also incorporate weights such as kettlebells, dumbells, the steel mace, and bodyweight exercises in a fun action packed circuit.
     
    Level 1-2

  • TRX Yoga, Level 1-2
  • TRX yoga suspension training is a great way to build strength, endurance, and increase flexibility and balance. The straps allow you to be supported in difficult positions, as well as increase or decrease your own personal level of difficulty.This class will focus on using the breath with Yoga inspired movements while using classic suspension training techniques.
