Hello and welcome!
Chris provides personal training services and coaches our strength classes. These include: Strength and Conditioning, Sportsmetrics™, Fundamentals of Strength and TRX classes. He brings experience in both private and functional group training to his time with you. While experience is important, he also uses the foundation of exercise physiology and biomechanics from undergraduate and graduate study.
Chris understands that each individual has unique goals and that many of us are moving out of injuries or pain. Communication is crucial for a successful training relationship, so please schedule a free 30 minute consult with Chris to see if you will be a good fit for training together. The consult can be in person, over video or a phone call. Please don’t hesitate to set this up if you also need help deciding which strength class will best fit your personal needs and goals!
