Yoga Flow at Astoria Hot Springs Cabin

This class is taught by:

Danielle Dwyer, INHC, RYT-200

Welcome! My name is Dani. I am an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC) and Certified Yoga Instructor (200hr-RYT).

In April 2020, I graduated with my bachelor's degree in Finance from Wayne State University, located in Detroit, Michigan, where I was born and raised.

I love learning, which is why after obtaining my degree and spending many hours studying numbers, I decided to take things in another direction and learn more about myself. That is when I decided to pursue yoga teacher training and shortly after, attend the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I earned my Health Coaching certification (INHC).

My goal and passion in this life is to help change lives for the better by focusing on mindfulness, nutrition, and cultivating meaningful relationships; And I believe we can accomplish this by diving deep and learning more about ourselves.
Join us at the Astoria Hot Springs Cabin some Wednesday mornings for a mild-moderately paced yoga class designed to embody and flow, linking movement with breath to develop strength, balance and inner calm.

Following this yoga class, sign up to soak in Astoria Hot Springs from 9:30-11:00am.
