Movement Class Staff instructs the following:
  • Open Gym
  • Sacred Athlete's Open Gym invites you to cultivate your physical well-being through self-directed training. Utilize our state-of-the-art facility and equipment to execute your personalized workout program. Please remember to prioritize your safety and use all equipment responsibly.

  • Mountain Fitness
  • Full-body integrative training to develop mobility, core stability, balance, and full-body strength. 

    This class session may incorporate our climbing wall. Bring your harness and shoes if you have them (not required).

    Class is limited to 6 people. Pre-registration is required to guarantee your space.
