My name is Casey Jillson.

I was fortunate enough to born in Jackson Hole, and my family has been here for generations. I have proudly been apart of this community, for almost my entire life. The mountains and the people have always brought me home...

Spring of 2017 I sustained a knee injury while skiing. My physical body was out of balance and unable to perform. This spilled into every single other aspect of my life; Mentally, Emotionally and Spiritually, hence began my journey working with Francine Bartlett.

Developed by Dr. Frank Noyes and a team of athletic trainers, physical therapists and researchers, Sportsmetrics™ is not just another plyometric training program. Jumping drills are used to teach the athlete to preposition the entire body safely when jumping landing.
