RehabFIT is a signature group class approach created by Francine Bartlett, PT, DPT, ATC that serves to transition from injury to foundational fitness. This class series for the Upper & Lower Body is ideal for those recovering from injury, those new to fitness, or athletes who want to focus on form and function. See Class Schedule to register.
RehabFIT offers an affordable and accessible approach to injury recovery and quality time with a licensed rehab professional. RehabFIT classes are taught by Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, Athletic Trainers, or PT Assistants who can offer quality assessment and recommendations to your progression of care and training plan.
RehabFIT works your body and mind from the inside out, setting a strong foundation through an integrative training approach that includes FIVE essential aspects that you will experience in every RehabFIT class:
RELEASE: of the soft tissue through foam rolling, myofascial release or self-care massage to de-congest areas of tension and muscle knot restriction.
LENGTHEN: though stretching and flexibility exercise to create opportunity for proper mobility and alignment.
CONNECT: to your new movement ability by creating a clear message of neuro and coordination control, and activating the smaller deep core muscles for joint support and stability.
FOUNDATIONAL STRENGTH: incorporates the larger muscle groups to create strength in new movement patterns.
FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH: brings your movement into the realities of life moving away from linear, structured patterns into dynamic full body motions that you encounter in daily activity and sport.
