Why I’m a part of MWW: In the Spring of 2017 I sustained a knee injury while skiing. My physical body was out of balance and unable to perform the way I wanted it to. This greatly affected my mental health, dampened my spirit and emotionally strained me. Recognizing that the health and wellness of one of my bodies was affecting the other bodies was a pivotal moment in my healing journey.
This realization is what brought me into Medicine Wheel Wellness. I began working as a part-time employee and have worked my way up to full-time business operations. I wear many hats. You will find me in the office managing the day-to-day, teaching classes, training and more. I am TRX and Sportsmetrics™ Certified and am passionate about movement and keeping my clients mobile and motivated. I am a dōTERRA Wellness Advocate and am certified in the Symphony of the Cells, an essential oil application, and regularly offer these sessions to folks who are in need of physical, mental and emotional support.
Why I love being a part of the Jackson Hole community: My family has been in Jackson Hole for generations, and are still here. This place caters to the healthy, mindful lifestyle that I want to live. I get to play in one of the most beautiful places in the world.
Health and Wellness Ritual I live by: I try to drink lots of water, feed myself good food and move my body daily. I don't necessarily have a routine I live by... the routine is to take it day by day.
