Certification/Education: B.S. in Sports Medicine, Master's and Doctorate Degrees in Physical Therapy specializing in Business Administration and Practice Management. I am also the Medical Education Director of Opedix Kinetic Health Gear and hold certifications in Z-Health, SportsMetrics, KinesioTaping, Reflexology, Yoga, Dry Needling, Reiki, Thai Massage, and Kettlebell Training.

Why I Created Medicine Wheel Wellness and Love the Jackson Hole Community: I created Medicine Wheel Wellness to offer people greater healthcare options and a variety of services integrating the best in health and wellness through a system that is efficient, accessible, and affordable.

I love being a part of the JH community because it functions in a dynamic atmosphere. People are very educated, healthy, and are driven for success so it requires a step beyond the ordinary to serve our community's needs. This quality created opportunity to build a wellness center that can serve more people at any level of health to find balance within their current lifestyle and achieve their dreams. 


Health and Wellness Ritual I Live By: My morning ritual is a cup of Four Sigmatic mushroom coffee for a healthy boost of energy.  My daily ritual is offering compassion for people's differences, and my evening ritual is Sound Therapy; binaural beats programs off YouTube to be exact like we offer during our BioMat and BEMER sessions at MWW. Whether its at night because I'm feeling restless or want to recover from a busy pace, I feel adding this modality into my daily life either for 5 minutes or 5 hours has made a great impact on my abilities and outlook on life.

  • Rehab Fitness: Total Body, All Levels
  • Rehab Fitness: Total Body is ideal for those recovering from any body injury or looking to prevent injury and enhance performance by improving form, function, balance, strength, and stability. Learn exercises to strengthen, stabilize, and mobilize your entire body to improve your overall health and get in shape for that next adventure.

  • BackBody Yoga, All Levels
  • Join Francine Bartlett, DPT, ATC, RYT-200 for this gentle yoga class to increase awareness and attention to your "Back Body".  Release stress, compression, and tension, improve mobility, stability, balance, and strength to decrease pain, prevent injury, and enhance performance for better function and a more fulfilling life. 
    All levels welcome. 

  • Rehab Fitness: Upper Body, Level 1-2
  • Rehab Fitness: Upper body emphasizes rotator cuff and scapular stabilization exercises which can decrease symptoms associated with impingement, instability, biceps tendonitis, as well as postural imbalances. This class is ideal for those recovering from a shoulder, spine or other upper body injuries or for those looking to prevent injury and improve posture, function and stability.

     

  • Rehab Fitness: Lower Body, Level 1-2
  • Rehab Fitness: Lower Body is ideal for those recovering from a lower body injury or looking to prevent injury and enhance performance by improving form, function, balance, strength, and stability. Learn exercises to strengthen, stabilize, and mobilize your lower body to improve your knee health and get in shape for that next adventure.

     

  • Rehab Fitness: BackBody, Level 1-2
  • Join in for this healing and movement based rehab-fitness class to increase awareness and attention to your "Back Body". Release emotional stress, compression and tension on your spine, improve mobility, stability, and strength to decrease pain, prevent injury, and enhance performance for better function and a more fulfilling life.
     
    This is a specialized back rehab fitness class taught by Francine Bartlett DPT, ATC, RYT

  • TRX: Strength & Alignment, Level 2-3
  • TRX: Strength & Alignment is for total body conditioning. Build full body strength, mobility, cardio and endurance in a conditioning format workout that incorporates the TRX suspension training system. In this class you will focus on the foundation and essentials of alignment while building strength. Suspension training is excellent for assisting in challenging movements, and the difficulty is controlled by each individual.
