My foundation as a Health & Wellness Clinician is based in Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine. I specialize in offering a holistic approach to healing, injury rehab, athletic training and preventative care by integrating all four aspects of well-being to create balance in one's life; physical, mental, emotional, spiritual.

After world-wide travel and studying ancient healing modalities along being an enrolled tribal member of the Lipan Apache, approaching health and healing from a nature-based holistic model gives me opportunity to offer comprehensive care considering the root cause and from an inside out approach.

Cacao is anti-anxiety and a light invigorating stimulant. We drink this warm frothy beverage to set the stage for a deep breathwork practice.

The SOMA Breathwork will include rhythmic breathing, inhale and exhale breath retention holds curated with music and visualization to calm your mind, ease your senses, and tap inward to create healing and balanced well-being.

*Cacao will contain organic local honey and spices (cinnamon, cardamon, volcanic sea salt). Please call ahead of time if you may have allergies or need honey free option.
